Motivated by our concern for the world’s most vulnerable people and communities, RGFN envisions a world where abundant resources are shared, communities are able to provide for the health and well-being of their members, and children and families can achieve lives of hope, good health and self-sufficiency.
RGFN works in vulnerable communities to improve lives and create long-term change by helping people help themselves. For 6 years, hundreds of dedicated individuals and groups have worked to make this vision a reality.

Young Women Technological Skills Enhancement
To retain and empower women in STEM, WITIN organizes short-term technological skills enhancement training for young women including females in tertiary institutions and fresh graduates, for professional career advancement. Trainings are hands-on; in-person, on-line and self-paced.
Also, to encourage women to rise to the boardroom, WITIN includes training in management, entrepreneurship and leadership as well as linking young women with mentors and experts in the industry. Networking events are also organized regularly.
